I’m passionate about blending creativity, consumer psychology, data, and design to craft marketing strategies that truly perform. With a sharp eye for photography and design, I bring well-rounded expertise across SEO, SEM, website optimization, email automation, social media, content creation, and branding. Over the past few years in the health and wellness space, I’ve led innovative digital campaigns for major clients—driving exceptional results, including over $150 million in sales within two months of a product launch. I then spent five years in the biotech industry, gaining valuable regulatory and marketing experience at a leading company in Irvine, CA, before returning to the health and wellness space.

I’m currently leading marketing strategy for the parent company of several well-known supplement brands. Recently, I’ve also expanded into product development, formulation, and management—integrating these efforts with marketing to launch one of the brand’s fastest-growing new products.


I grew up in Laguna Beach, California and graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film and Digital Media, while being on Baylor’s NCAA Division 1 equestrian team all 4 years. When I’m not at work, I enjoy riding horses professionally on the weekends, home improvement projects, antique shopping, and making TikToks.
